Dave Lim

Dave Lim is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in supply chain management and operational excellence across various industries in the Asia Pacific region. Currently serving as the Head of Operational Excellence at SATS Ltd. since September 2022, Lim oversees food and gateway services. Prior to this role, Lim held the position of COO, Global at Paris Tobacco Company, where strategic supply chain initiatives led to significant cost reductions. As Vice President of Supply Chain Management at DKSH, Lim managed operations across six markets, while earlier roles at YCH Group and DHL Supply Chain involved general management and profit and loss responsibilities, contributing to substantial revenue growth. Lim's career began at Compaq Computer Corporation as a Senior Engineer. Lim holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, graduating with honors from the National University of Singapore.
