Mark T. is a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt coach and consultant with extensive experience in process engineering and operational excellence. They began their career at Micron Semiconductor Asia Pte Ltd, where they focused on process and equipment engineering, leading quality and process improvement initiatives. Following this, they held key roles at Siltronic AG Singapore Pte Ltd and Fuji Xerox Global Services, driving process streamlining and business transformation efforts. Currently, Mark serves as the Lean Six Sigma Operational Excellence leader at SATS Ltd. and is an Associate Faculty member at the Singapore Institute of Technology, where they teach various Lean Six Sigma modules.
