Anu Elo

Anu Elo is a seasoned professional in the fields of fitness and human resources, currently serving as a Group Fitness Instructor and Coach at Mentor since August 2025 and at SATS ELIXIA since December 2010. With a strong focus on movement and well-being, Anu has also held various HR roles, including HR Business Partner and Talent Acquisition Specialist at Sitowise, and People and Culture Specialist at MagiCAD, where key responsibilities included managing recruitment processes, employer branding, and supporting employee well-being. Previous experience includes serving as Employee Experience Manager at Vaadin, establishing HR strategies, and managing onboarding processes. Anu holds a Master of Arts in International Business Communication from the University of Oulu and has pursued professional development in various coaching and well-being courses.
