Catrin Backman

Catrin Backman is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in administrative support and leadership roles. Currently serving as a Training Instructor at SATS since January 2022, Catrin has been with Trygg-Hansa since October 1991, holding various significant positions including PA to the CEO, Executive Assistant and Project Leader in HR, and Key Account Manager. Catrin has played a crucial role as the gatekeeper for the CEO’s calendar and travel arrangements while facilitating communication between Scandinavia and the RSA holding company in London. In earlier roles, Catrin contributed to the Claims Department by streamlining processes through the CFR project, ensuring efficiency in claims handling. Catrin holds a Business Economy degree from the School of Business, Economics and Law at the University of Gothenburg, along with various certifications in leadership, law, and property insurance.
