Morten Sand has extensive experience in service management and operations, currently serving as the Service Concept Manager, Head of Sales Operations, and Head of Service Excellence at Flytoget AS since October 2016. Additionally, Morten co-owns Cabin Campers while also working as a Group Fitness Instructor at SATS since December 2012. Previous roles include Head of Terminal Services and Head of Passenger Experience and Customer Service at Avinor from October 2009 to October 2016, as well as positions at Radisson Blu and Thomas Cook Northern Europe. Morten holds a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management from the University of Stavanger, earned between 2005 and 2008.
