Sofie Edgren

Sofie Edgren is an experienced professional with a diverse background in account management, customer service, and operations. Currently serving as an Account Director at Concentrix since August 2022, Sofie also works as a Group Fitness Instructor at SATS since January 2019. Previous roles include Customer Service Development and Transformation in Merchant Services at Worldline Global, Head of Account and Operations at Webhelp, and Service Delivery Manager at ICE. Sofie built a solid foundation at Telenor, where various positions were held from November 2001 to May 2012, including Head of Service & Delivery Management and Operations Director for djuice.
