Kalavathi L.

Kalavathi L. is an experienced Program and Project Manager. Kalavathi began their career in 2016 as a Program Manager at Software Consultants Inc. In 2014, they joined Camber Corporation as a Project Manager, where they managed a development team and several projects building and maintaining enterprise software application systems for EOIR. Kalavathi was responsible for directing and managing development and cross functional project teams of 15-20 technical staff members, project planning, developing ROM/LOEs, and FY O&M budget allocation. Kalavathi also successfully implemented and audited CMMI ML3 processes, developed teams, conducted performance reviews, made hiring decisions, and mentored. In 2022, they joined Satsyil, Corp. as a Sr. Program Manager.

Kalavathi L. obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Finance and Economics from Gannon University. In 2016, Kalavathi also obtained a Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute. Additionally, Kalavathi is an Oracle SQL Expert.
