Satya Sadhna is one the greatest scientific process in the world. Satya Sadhna is to create oneself from an unconscious human being to fully conscious being. Satya Sadhna is the art of being fully aware and conscious in one's actions, thoughts and feelings. Satya Sadhna is to act with consciously and respond from awareness in every act. Satya Sadhna discovers the real “I” and lives in Pure Awareness. In Satya Sadhna we don't exclude any thing but we become aware of every thing which is noticed by us.
