Rachel Williard

Rachel Williard graduated from The Ohio State University in August 2012 with a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering. With over four years of experience in quality roles within the automotive industry, Rachel has worked on both customer and supplier quality aspects. Currently, as a QA/QC Manager at Sauer Group Inc., Rachel develops quality processes for mechanical equipment and oversees a team to ensure adherence to client specifications. Previously, Rachel held various engineering and quality control positions across several companies, including Abbott, Nifco America Corp., and Honda of America Mfg., Inc. Rachel is motivated and focused on continuous improvement in all projects undertaken.
