Todd Pearson

Todd Pearson serves as President and Chief Operating Officer at Saul Centers, Inc. since May 2021, and has held the same titles at B. F. Saul Company since January 2005, where prior roles included Executive Vice President - Real Estate, Senior Vice President, and VP of Acquisitions and Development. Todd also managed an Internal Audit department serving a publicly-traded REIT. Leadership experience extends to serving as Chair for the Loudoun County Economic Development Advisory Commission and Treasurer for the National Association of Real Estate Companies. Academic qualifications include an MBA from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business and a BS in Accounting and Information Systems from Virginia Tech.
