Andy Daly

Andy Daly is a Partner at Saul Ewing LLP, where Andy has worked since February 2019, focusing on employee benefits, particularly employee stock ownership plan (ESOP) matters. With over a decade of experience in the field, Andy has demonstrated expertise in ESOP plan design, feasibility, and repurchase obligations. Previously, Andy served as an Attorney at Gray Plant Mooty from October 2014 to February 2019 and engaged in ESOP and 401(k) plan administration and consulting, along with tax-related services at Boulay from January 2005 to September 2014. Andy holds a JD from the University of St. Thomas School of Law and a BBA in Finance from the University of Notre Dame.
