Joseph Lipchitz

Joseph Lipchitz is a seasoned attorney with extensive experience in litigation and compliance. Currently a Partner at Saul Ewing LLP since August 2018 and a Litigation Partner at Mintz Levin since January 2000, Joseph has successfully represented clients in prominent cases, including securing a jury verdict for a hedge fund manager accused of securities fraud. Additionally, Joseph serves as an Investor/Advisor for nCrypted Cloud, focusing on privacy solutions for cloud storage users, and is a Board Member and Co-Chair of the Compliance, Audit & Risk Committee at Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital-Needham. Formerly a Military Prosecutor with the United States Army Judge Advocate General’s Corps, Joseph has a solid background in prosecuting felony cases. Educational achievements include a J.D. from Suffolk University Law School, and a B.A. from Gettysburg College.
