Kermit Nash

Kermit Nash is an accomplished corporate counsel currently serving as a Partner at Saul Ewing Arnstein & Lehr LLP since February 2019, specializing in corporate transactions, governance, investment, and business strategies for domestic and international companies. Prior to this role, Kermit Nash held the position of Partner at Gray Plant Mooty from May 2009 to February 2019, and has also served as a Partner at Rider Bennett, LLP from 2005 to 2007. Kermit Nash contributed to the Norwegian American Chamber of Commerce Upper Midwest Chapter as a Former Treasurer and currently serves as a Board Member. Previous experience includes an officer role at Fredrikson & Byron, P.A. from May 2007 to May 2009.
