Michael Gold

Michael Gold is a seasoned attorney with over 20 years of experience in corporate law, currently serving as a Partner at Saul Ewing LLP since August 2015. Gold specializes in stock and asset acquisitions, mergers, joint venture arrangements, and both public and private offerings, while also providing counsel on corporate governance, proxy solicitations, tender offers, and compliance with the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002. Prior to this role, Gold was a Partner at Baker Botts LLP for 21 years and began his career as an Analyst at Goldman Sachs. Gold holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Chicago Law School and dual undergraduate degrees in Economics and European History/Finance/Mathematics from the University of Pennsylvania.
