Steven Malitz

Steven Malitz serves as a Litigation Partner and Executive Committee Member at Saul Ewing Arnstein & Lehr LLP since 1998, specializing in employment litigation, obtaining injunctions, and defending against discrimination claims. Additionally, Steven is an Adjunct Professor of Law at Chicago Kent College of Law, where curriculum development focuses on advanced legal research, persuasive writing, and lawyering skills. Previous experience includes working as a Trial Attorney at Teller, Levit & Silvertrust, P.C. and serving as a Judicial Law Intern at the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of New York. Steven began a legal career as a Law Clerk in the Felony Division of the Cook County Public Defender’s Office. Steven holds a JD from Albany Law School and a BA with High Honors from Indiana University Bloomington.
