Sauna Camp is a seasonal outdoor sauna and cold plunge experience based in Minnesota.

We host immersive wellness experiences centered around heat, cold, nature, and community. Operating during winter months, Sauna Camp brings people together in a shared ritual of sauna, lake immersion, and outdoor gathering.

Since launching, Sauna Camp has hosted more than 20,000 guests across three winter seasons and grown into one of the largest sauna communities in the Midwest, with over 130,000 followers across social platforms.

We collaborate with tourism organizations, wellness brands, outdoor companies, and community partners to create events, activations, and experiential marketing campaigns.

Sauna Camp exists to build connection through shared physical experience in nature.
