These services reflect the strength of Saunders’ corporate portfolio, which includes more than 2 million square feet of completed work in the region over the past 30 years.

A partnership between Saunders Construction and Norwood Development Group, SNC is focused exclusively on meeting the building needs of the Pikes Peak region. Operated and managed by Saunders Construction, SNC brings the full capabilities of one of the Rocky Mountain region’s largest and most experienced contractors to support private, public, institutional and nonprofit clients.

With deep local roots and unmatched construction expertise, SNC combines more than five decades of Colorado construction experience with a legacy of excellence.
