We are Saunders Rural Solutions, and we offer planning and development services across South East England. Saunders Rural Solutions specialises in farm diversification opportunities but can guide you through any aspect of the planning application process, from residential extensions to commercial expansions. Please browse our website for additional information on the services provided, as well as case studies for inspiration.

Each and every project offers value to someone, not solely in monetary terms. Achieving an extension to your home; allowing for a larger kitchen, a study room for the kids or a home office holds just as much value as constructing four additional barns to expand a farming enterprise. We have previously partnered with a number of leading firms and consultants to ensure your needs are fully realised, delivering steel-frame portal barns, timber frame eco-dwellings, and more, because one size does not necessarily fit all.

At Saunders Rural Solutions we understand the value of sustainability. From recycling as much as possible in the office to helping clients realise their own environmentally friendly projects, there is no such thing as too small a contribution. We have successfully helped applications to include ground source heat pumps, solar panels and water harvesting schemes in both residential and commercial projects.

It is not just about renewable energy supplies, however. We have guided people through the process of using a timber frame building, utilising it both as a sustainable building material but also as a carbon trap to reduce the carbon levels of the development. We also practise what we preach and have included a number of biodiversity enhancements in our personal projects, such as rewilding areas of land, planting additional trees and installing bat boxes to keep the countryside a place for all to enjoy.
