Tim Kenny has significant experience in surveying and education, currently serving as a Surveyor at TIM KENNY SURVEYING LTD since September 2012. In addition, Tim holds a position as an Associate Tutor at the University College of Estate Management since January 2024 and has been a Trainer at Sava since June 2020. Tim has contributed to the RICS as an iSurv Author since March 2017 and has been involved with Yogalign UK as a Yoga Teacher since December 2020. Tim was a Council Member of the Residential Property Surveyors Association (RPSA) from December 2014 to May 2020 and served as a Senior Property Manager at Grange Management (Southern) Ltd from March 2008 to February 2014.
