Dane South

Dane South has been working in the safety management field for 13 years and is currently the Senior Manager of Environment Health Safety overseeing eight sites in the Industrial Facilities group at Savage. In this role, they ensure the implementation of safety programs, manage OSHA compliance audits, and provide training on rail and locomotive operations. Previously, Dane held positions as Site Safety Supervisor and Operations & SH&E Supervisor, where they focused on safety culture, training, and procedural compliance. They are pursuing an Associate's degree in SH&E from Columbia Southern University, demonstrating a strong commitment to furthering their education and expertise in the field.
