Michael Cline is currently the Associate General Counsel for M&A at Savage, a position held since 2026. Previously, Michael served as Counsel at Plains All American from 2019 to 2022 and held various roles at Kirkland & Ellis, including Partner, from 2016 to 2026. Earlier experiences include working as a Legal Intern for Securities and Corporate Transactions at Susser Holdings in 2013, and as an Associate at Vinson & Elkins in Tax from 2015 to 2016. Michael earned a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from the University of Houston Law Center in 2015 and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Austin College in 2010.
