Sandra Campos

Sandra Campos is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in leadership roles. Currently serving as the Gerente Regional Recursos Humanos at Laboratorios SAVAL S.A., they lead HR processes to align with business outcomes and support talent development. Previously, Sandra held various positions including Gerente de Recursos Humanos at Stein Corp and Gerente Recursos Humanos at Central Azucarera Tempisque S.A., where they facilitated HR processes and employee relations. Sandra earned a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Universidad de Costa Rica and is pursuing a Master’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources Management at Universidad Estatal a Distancia.
