As the Director of People and Culture, Kelsey leads the Talent Acquisition and Human Resources functions, while ensuring a people-first approach to attract and retain employees. Savan Groups most valuable asset is its people – Kelsey and her team works to ensure that Savan Group is an employer of choice that attracts talent through a robust total reward structure, while offering an environment and culture like no other where employees are empowered to bring their whole self to work each day and have opportunities for career growth. As a member of the Leadership Team, Kelsey works closely with C-Suite and the VP of Delivery to ensure programs, policies, and benefits empower employees to deliver their best for the clients.
