Daniel Chapman

Daniel Chapman has a significant work experience in the field of software engineering. Daniel worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Savant Systems from April 2014 onwards, where they were primarily responsible for creating drivers to control third-party devices for the Savant System. Daniel developed more than 1000 device drivers for various consumer and commercial products, and implemented Z-Wave product integration with the system. Daniel also developed a web-based reporting system and programs/scripts to simulate and regression test device drivers. Prior to this, they worked as a Software Engineer at Savant Systems from December 2009 to March 2014, where they were the principal developer of the Savant Profiler, an application to create and edit driver profiles for the operating system.

Before joining Savant Systems, Daniel worked as a Consultant at Paladin Consulting from October 2008 to July 2009. Daniel also had a role as a Traffic Engineer at Verizon Wireless from June 2006 to February 2007.

Daniel Chapman attended Rochester Institute of Technology from 2004 to 2009 and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering.
