Beth Pearson

Beth Pearson is the Global Director of Talent and Culture at Savanta, where they currently empower employees and enhance the workplace experience. With a strong background in the market research industry, Beth co-founded Circle Research in 2006, leading it to receive numerous accolades, including Best Agency at the MRS Awards in 2016. Prior roles include Director of Talent and Culture at MIG Global Limited and Managing Director at Circle Research, where they specialized in B2B research-led consulting. Beth earned a BA Hons 2:1 in English Literature and Sociology from the University of Kent.
