Beth Swords

Beth Swords is the Research Director at Open Inclusion, bringing over seven years of experience in research and consulting with a strong focus on social research across various sectors, including public health and education. Previously, Swords served as a Senior Research Manager at ClearView Research Ltd, where they led user insight projects utilizing participatory research methods. Swords has also held roles at ISOS PARTNERSHIP and Oliver Wyman, contributing to significant projects for national organizations and local authorities. They hold a Master’s degree in Social Justice and Education from UCL and a Bachelor’s degree in History from the University of Cambridge.
