John Tracey

John (Jock) Tracey is a seasoned finance and military professional currently serving as the VP of Mergers & Acquisitions at SavATree since 2023. Previously, John held the position of Investment Banking Associate in the Technology Group at Morgan Stanley from 2020 to 2022, where accomplishments included executing a $1.2 billion divestiture for Follett Corporation and developing strategic valuation materials for tech companies. Prior experience includes a summer associate role at Morgan Stanley, a pre-MBA internship at Ascent Technologies, and significant leadership roles in the US Navy from 2012 to 2018, where John excelled in operations management, security program revitalization, and mission execution. John holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a Bachelor's of Science in Economics from the United States Naval Academy.
