David Buffa

David Buffa currently serves as the Chief Legal Officer at Save A Lot, overseeing the company's legal affairs, risk management, compliance, and dispute resolution since November 2023. Previously, David held the position of General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Do Good Foods until November 2023 and has been an SVP General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at TechGC since September 2021, contributing as a Charter Member in an exclusive peer community for general counsels. David also has significant experience as Principal in the Securities Practice Group at Bressler, Amery & Ross, P.C. from May 2010 to September 2021 and served as Vice President at JPMorgan Chase & Co. from June 2014 to April 2016. David holds a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Columbia University and a Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School.
