Save Cows India Charitable Trust (NGO DARPAN ID: WB/2025/0868221) is a registered non-profit organization (Reg. No. 190200078 under Section 60 Rule 69) committed to the welfare of Indian breeds of cows and environmental harmony. 
Since 2019, we have been working to protect, nurture, and restore the integral bond between humans, cows, and nature.

Our flagship initiative, the COW HELPLINE, offers verified and accessible information about Gaushalas, cattle welfare laws, and government animal welfare agencies across India. Through authentic content creation, awareness drives, and Gaushala Tourism, we promote education and compassion for these sacred animals — inspiring people to see cows not just as sources of milk, but as living symbols of sustainability and balance.

At Save Cows India, we believe in action through knowledge and collaboration. With the support of our passionate volunteer network, we are building bridges between Gaushalas, experts, and communities to implement sustainable cow protection models that benefit both rural livelihoods and the environment.

Our key objectives include:
a) Preserving Indian native cow breeds and preventing genetic dilution from hybrid insemination.
b) Promoting self-sustaining Gaushalas based on Panchagavya principles — reducing dependency on external donations.
c) Maximizing the use of cow dung and cow urine through innovative practices such as Gobar Gas Plants and organic farming inputs.
d) Creating awareness about the vital role of cows in restoring ecological balance and urging stronger policies against cow slaughter.
e) Mobilizing Individual and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) partnerships to support these initiatives sustainably.
