Save Our Reds is the national campaign for Britain's endangered red squirrels, founded in 2025 by journalist and author Marie Carter-Robb and backed by more than 85,000 people.

Within its first year the campaign earned national coverage across the BBC, Sky News, BBC Countryfile Magazine and Country Life, secured cross-party support from MPs, and published its own Five-Point Emergency Action Plan and Conservation Action Framework. In 2026, Natural England's Red Squirrel Recovery Strategy confirmed the campaign's central warning: without action, red squirrels could disappear from mainland England within 25 years.

Save Our Reds is a registered Community Interest Company with film-maker Terry Abraham as patron. It also founded Save Our Reds Day, marked each May alongside Endangered Species Day.
