Jacob Risner

Jacob Risner currently serves as the Chief of Staff for International Programs at Save the Children US, where responsibilities include overseeing initiatives that ensure children's futures amid crises and long-term recovery. Prior to this role, Jacob Risner was a Senior Project Manager at Creative Associates International, leading the Nigeria Early Recovery Initiative, and served as Operations Director for All Children Reading in Cambodia at RTI International. Jacob Risner has also held various positions within Room to Read, including Regional Operations Associate Director for Southeast Asia, managing extensive budgets and operations across multiple countries. Earlier experience includes program management roles at the International Youth Foundation and Shared Opportunity Service, Inc., focused on youth development and community support. Jacob Risner holds a Master of Public Administration from the University of Baltimore and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and French Studies from Washington College.
