Susan’s roles prior to Save positioned her well to foster a service-oriented environment with an emphasis on quality service, innovation, and teamwork. Susan’s experience has included many areas of bank operations, customer service, fraud management, and more. Susan earned a Bachelor’s of Business Administration with an emphasis in corporate management and accounting from California State University, East Bay.
