Chris Ostrander

Chris Ostrander, CFI has over 20 years of experience in loss prevention and asset protection. Chris started their career as an LP Agent at JCPenney in 1998 and later worked as an LP Manager and Sr LP Manager. In 2002, they became a District Loss Prevention Manager at Circuit City, where they worked until 2005. From 2005 to 2009, Chris served as a District Loss Prevention Manager at Bed Bath & Beyond. Since 2009, they have been with Savers | Value Village, initially working as a Regional Loss Prevention Manager and later promoted to Sr Regional Loss Prevention Manager. Currently, Chris holds the position of Associate Director of Physical Security and Asset Protection.

Chris Ostrander, CFI has an Associate of Arts - AA degree in Administration of Justice from Shasta College, which was obtained from 1995 to 1997. In addition to their degree, Chris Ostrander has obtained certifications in Interview and Interrogation Techniques from Wicklander-Zulawski & Associates in 2002, and as a Certified Forensic Interviewer (CFI) from the International Association of Interviewers in 2020.
