Christopher Schmidt

Christopher Schmidt has extensive work experience in IT leadership and software development roles. Christopher started their career in 1998 as a Senior Web Developer at Logicon, Inc. Christopher then worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Infoseer from 2000 to 2002 and at Pinkerton Computer Consultants from 2002 to 2003. Christopher joined CSC in 2003, where they served as a Team Lead and Senior .NET Developer until 2008. At Fiserv, they worked as a Senior .NET Developer from 2008 to 2009. From 2009 to 2014, they were employed at CSC as a Claims and Legal Architect. At Anexinet, they served as a Digital Solutions Architect from 2014 to 2018, where they played a key role in developing mobile applications and securing major licensing agreements. In 2018, they briefly worked as a Senior Manager of Software Development at IQVIA before joining 2nd Ave Thrift Superstore as the VP of Software Development and Operations. In this role, they were responsible for managing IT operations and driving growth. Finally, they are currently working at Savers | Value Village as the Associate Director of IT Engineering, where they continue to oversee daily operations and is involved in merger and acquisition activities.

Christopher Schmidt completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Penn State University, where they studied from 1991 to 1995.
