Keith Bower

Associate Director - Call Center Operations at Savers | Value Village

Keith Bower has extensive work experience in various roles. Keith started their career at Nordstrom in 1999, where they held positions such as Senior Education Lead, Manager of Enterprise Learning and Development, and IT Project Manager. In these roles, they led teams in designing, developing, and delivering training programs and materials for both technical and non-technical subjects. Keith also managed geographically diverse teams and successfully delivered multi-million dollar projects. In 2015, Keith joined Savers | Value Village as a Solution Delivery Manager, where they partnered with business and IT leaders to design solutions aligned with the company's strategic priorities. Keith also established project management discipline and drove process improvement across multiple programs. Subsequently, they became the Sourcing Program Manager, providing technical and strategic leadership across all programs in the sourcing division. Currently, Keith serves as the Associate Director - Call Center Operations, leading three call center teams to deliver excellent customer service and manage solicitation efforts.

Keith Bower received their Bachelor of Arts degree in Speech Communication from the University of Washington in 1990.
