Nathan Blackburn is an experienced real estate professional with a career spanning several decades in various managerial and ownership roles. Currently serving as the Real Estate Manager for Savers | Value Village since May 2023, Nathan oversees the acquisition and disposition of properties in the central United States. As the owner of Blackburn Commercial Real Estate Group, LLC since July 2006, Nathan has successfully executed over 800 transactions amounting to more than $1.5 billion. Previous positions include Senior Transaction Manager at Amazon, Real Estate Manager for the Southeast US at Driven Brands, and roles at The Moser Group, Just Multifamily, Core Properties, and CB Richard Ellis. Nathan's education includes a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and completion of courses at the Mingle School of Real Estate and the Appraisal Institute.
