Sara Hines

Sara Hines, SPHR, CBP, is a seasoned benefits management professional with extensive experience in the design and administration of employee benefit programs. Currently serving as Sr. Benefits Manager at Savers | Value Village since 2017, Hines contributes to a purpose-driven global thrift retailer with over 22,000 employees. Prior to this role, Hines held the position of Director of Employee Benefits at Coinstar from 2007 to 2017, leading the enterprise-wide benefit programs and ensuring regulatory compliance. Hines also worked as Sr. Benefits Analyst at Nintendo from 2003 to 2007, focusing on implementing and administering health, welfare, and retirement benefit programs. Earlier experience includes serving as Benefits Manager at WRQ from 2000 to 2002, managing various benefit programs and external service provider relationships.
