Steve Welch is a seasoned retail professional with extensive experience in management and operations across various companies. Currently serving as the District Manager for Savers / Value Village, Steve has been instrumental in enhancing store profitability and fostering partnerships with non-profit organizations in East GTA and South Central Ontario. Previous roles include Regional Manager at Indigo, General Manager at FGL Sports Ltd, and Store Manager positions at Walmart and The Beer Store, demonstrating a strong track record in team development, succession planning, and financial performance. Steve's retail career began at Comark International Corporation, where a focus on high-end outdoor clothing paved the way for progressive managerial roles. Steve holds a Bachelor's degree in General Arts from the University of Guelph.
