Susan O'Farrell

Susan O'Farrell is an accomplished executive and board member with significant experience in finance, strategy, and leadership. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of O’Farrell Capital Advisors, LLC, and holding board positions at National Vision Inc., Savers | Value Village, and Leslie's, O'Farrell has been instrumental in advising businesses on organizational execution and capital structure. Previous roles include Chief Financial Officer at BlueLinx Corporation and Finance and Operations Executive at The Home Depot. O'Farrell began her career at Accenture and has furthered her education with a degree in Business Finance from Auburn University, a CERT Certificate in Cybersecurity Oversight from Carnegie Mellon University, and completed an Executive Leadership Program at Emory University.
