Oms Pedro

Oms Pedro is the President and Founder of SAVI LLC, a consulting firm that supports government program managers with skilled professionals. They served a distinguished 21-year career in the Air Force, achieving the rank of Colonel and specializing in acquisition for space, command and control, and aircraft systems. Oms previously held various leadership positions, including Director of International Programs, where they managed over $5 billion for U.S. allies, and worked at Northrop Grumman, focusing on RF cyber systems and tactical space portfolios. Oms holds a Master’s in National Security Strategy from the U.S. Naval War College and additional degrees in Economics and Mathematics.
