Scott Conner

Scott Conner is an executive leader and strategist with over 25 years of experience in managing diverse teams within technically-challenging systems development across various disciplines, including missiles and space. Currently serving as a Strategic Advisor for Space & Defense at SAVI, they previously held leadership roles at Space Dynamics Laboratory and the U.S. Air Force, where they directed significant space programs and budgets. Scott has a strong foundation in acquisition, strategic planning, and organizational leadership, underscored by a Master’s in Computer Engineering from St. Mary's University and ongoing executive leadership training from Air University. Their extensive operational experience includes collaboration with government agencies and contributions to national security initiatives.
