Adrian Archer is the National Director of Hotel Valuations at Savills Australia & NZ, bringing over 25 years of international experience in the hotel and leisure valuation sector. With a focus on loan security valuations, IPOs, and acquisition advice, Adrian has valued over AUD$55 billion in hospitality assets, covering nearly 130,000 hotel rooms in the past decade. Adrian began their career as a Leisure Valuer at Matthews & Goodman, later working in Leisure Development at Christie & Co before establishing the Hotel Valuation Department at Savills in 2013. Adrian holds a B-Tec National Diploma in Construction and a Bachelor of Science (BSc) Hons in Urban Estate Management.
