Andy Cooke

Andy Cooke is an experienced chartered surveyor with a strong background in commercial property valuation and agency. Andy began a career in property at Lambert Smith Hampton as an Assistant Surveyor from July 2012 to July 2013, gaining expertise in various valuation methods. Following this, Andy joined Savills in March 2014, progressing from Graduate Surveyor to Associate Director, focusing on the acquisition and disposal of office accommodation for both occupiers and landlords. Andy holds a First Class Honours degree in Real Estate from Sheffield Hallam University and has developed significant knowledge in advising on marketing strategies and workplace optimization for commercial properties across the North West.
