Dan Smith

Dan Smith is an experienced Director at Savills since March 2021, specializing in brokerage and consultancy for funding, acquisition, and disposal of Build to Rent schemes in the Private Rented Sector. Prior to this role, Dan served as an Associate Director in the London Residential Land Team at JLL from September 2015 to March 2021, focusing on maximizing land holdings' returns and identifying profitable residential development sites. Dan's career began in the London Borough of Newham as a Town Planner and included various positions in residential land and development. Dan holds a Master’s Degree in Real Estate from Cass Business School and a Bachelor of Arts in Town Planning from Newcastle University.
