Jim Beavan is an Associate Director in the Savills Central South Planning Team, drawing on experience in both the public and private sectors. They have managed a variety of planning applications, led refurbishment projects of commercial assets, and coordinated large-scale mixed-use developments for diverse clients. With a background in planning from the University of Sheffield, Jim is knowledgeable about local council objectives for residential and commercial developments. Outside of work, Jim is an avid rugby player for Winchester RFC and has resided in Winchester for most of their life, currently working in Southampton.
