Mark Richardson

Mark Richardson is an experienced real estate professional currently serving as the Head of Investment at Savills since September 2023. Prior to this role, Mark held the position of Head of Capital Markets & Industrial Agency at Colliers from December 2019 to September 2023. Mark's career also includes significant roles at the Scottish Courts and Tribunals Service as Director of Investment Services and Senior Executive Officer for Property & Development, where oversight of estates strategy and asset management was paramount. Mark was previously a Director at Pradera, a leading specialist retail investment manager, and served as Head of Capital Markets at Cushman & Wakefield in Prague. Mark holds a BLE Hons degree in Land Economy from the University of Aberdeen.
