Philip Prentice

Philip Prentice is an Associate Director at Savills and a Chartered Building Surveyor, having been elected a Professional Associate of RICS in 1992. With extensive experience in inspecting and surveying buildings, Philip has focused on both new construction monitoring and technical due diligence for commercial properties across Europe and the Middle East. They have managed various redevelopment projects and served as Employers Agent on new commercial and industrial buildings, while also providing expert reports for construction disputes and defects. Philip's prior roles include Associate Building Surveyor at Watts Group PLC and Harris Lamb, and Building Surveyor at GBR Phoenix Beard. Outside of work, they engage with the local SCUBA Club and contribute to educational initiatives as a former External Examiner and School Governor.
