Simon Wallis

Simon Wallis is an experienced planning professional with a focus on central London developments, currently serving as a Director at Savills since January 2013. In this role, Simon manages planning projects across multiple boroughs, including Westminster, Kensington and Chelsea, Hammersmith and Fulham, Camden, and Islington, with expertise in prime residential, mixed-use, commercial, and hotel developments. Prior to this, Simon held the position of Associate Director at Savills The London Planning Practice and served as Director at The London Planning Practice. Additional experience includes serving as a Principal Planner for The London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham from June 1997 to July 2005. Simon Wallis is an alumnus of The University of Sheffield.
