Stephen Ball

Stephen Ball is an experienced professional in the field of building surveying, currently serving as a Director at Savills since September 2011, where involvement includes project management, tenant works monitoring, design and contract administration, and defect diagnosis within commercial real estate. Prior to this role, Stephen was an Associate Senior Building Surveyor at Cluttons from September 2006 to September 2011, focusing on high-end residential and commercial properties, specializing in contract administration, project management, and professional work such as dilapidations and party wall matters. Academically, Stephen holds an MSc in Building Surveying from London South Bank University and a BA (Hons) in German from UCL, with ongoing studies in the German language at UCL since June 2001.
