Tim Reade has extensive experience in commercial property management, currently serving as the Head of Property Advisory Services at CIPFA since October 2017. Prior to this role, Tim held the position of Associate Director at Savills from January 2012, and was a Surveyor at DTZ from September 2008 to December 2011. Tim's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Land Use Planning and Management/Development from the University of Reading, as well as a Land Management BSc(Hons) from Malbank Sixth Form, both obtained between 1996 and 1999.
